Deep Canvassing with the Movement Voter Project

Empower Southwest Georgia and our sister organization, Justice for Southwest Georgia, have received a grant from the Movement Voter Project for non-partisan Deep Canvassing. Our canvass team has been reaching out to inactive voters of color in the community who voted in 2008 and 2012 but not 2020. 

Deep Canvassing is an approach in which we build emotional bonds with voters through conversation and stories of shared experiences and concerns.  Please watch the video to learn more.
